You're trying to hotlink to a .bmp file. Won't work. Has to be a .jpeg or .gif. When you download the image from the internet you have to change the file type to .jpeg or .gif.
it could be due to the image being saved as a '.bmp' (being too large in size). try saving it as a '.jpeg' or '.gif' (using 'save as' in a program like paint).
i copied the url into the address bar to see the pic, i think its 'dazed and confused'.
