no one has ever been to the moon. man can not make it to or survive on the moon. there is no food, no water, no atmosphere (or air for stupid people), and the radiation is beyond deadly.

There is an atmosphere on the moon, there just isn't much of an atmosphere. Of course, the missions which have gone to the moon have taken food and water and "air" with them. Just as people who go to Antarctica take food and water and fuel for heating with them when they go there. The amount of cosmic radiation to which they were exposed on the lunar missions was not a lethal dose, nor even one which threatened their short- or long-term health.

When people set out on long voyages--including the circumnavigations of Magellan's expedition, of Drake and of Anson--they took food and potable water with them. This member has an ax to grind, and armored with ignorance, believes that he/she/it has an argument, which is false.

It was a pilot shot for what was projected to be the firdt reality show 49 years aheaod of its time "I Walked on the Moon". John Travolta would have been the moon walker in episode 1.
