After watching the replay (didn't see the game), I agree: the US was deprived of a legitimate goal.

Yep, they did not do themselves justice tonight... slackers.... gotta game their game up - harumph

The US has played the better football in their group, and have by far the best mindset. Algeria has ver little offense. There is always the luck factor, but you should prevail.

I am not sure about the England-Slovenia game, though. I have not seen Slovenia, but either I don't understand Capello, or he doesn't understand his players or the whole team is terribly overhyped and overrated... as it usually happens with England.

what the freak happened to Italy - losing to the 78th seed?

Had my Brazil jersey on yesterday and saw some other guys and gals
wearing theirs. I appear to have been the only one of us who didn't
speak Portuguese.

With Cristiano Ronaldo's and Villa's goals, all of Calamity Jane players have scored.

13 of us have David Villa on our rosters. Not George.
