@Chumly,
If you really want to be fashion-forward, you could think of trying Man-heels (also known as Meels)...

They seem to be catching on for some of the fashion-concious men in Europe...

@Chumly,
I agree . . .most classrooms are over-heated while those with aluminum-framed windows or just plain old windows let the cold in. Dialing down the thermostat to 62, encouraging the kids to wear sweaters would lower the cost of education and increase student productivity.

@Chumly,
Would you be more abt to wearing them if they were hidden under your shirt? Reason I ask, I'm a big guy 6'2" , 295 and if I don't wear suspenders I have to cinch my belt uncomfortably tight. Even then I'm always tugging my pants up. I started wearing Perry's belt clip suspenders UNDER my shirt with a 2" larger pants and it is a whole lot more comfortable.
I have a simple idea of an undershirt suspender that would allow the shirt to be tucked in the pants. Do you think it would sell?

Thanks for your input.....

@Irishk,
Would that be the one in the purple, or the paisley?

@roger,
The button type of braces are easily adapted for pants without brace buttons. You go to Duluth Trading and, in their suspender section, they sell these hammer buttons that lock like a rivet into your pant. (Ok with jeans but not really good pant).
PS, I used to have a Gerry Garcia tie and suspenders set.

@Irishk,
Anyone who would wear the Man-heels would be right at home in the paisley braces.
