I have a leather jacket that is a bit too stiff. It's supposed to be form fitting and not baggy, but it's a little stiff around the collar and shoulders still. What would be a good way to soften it?

I think I would try saddle soap first. Neetsfoot oil is more or less standard, but it isn't the first thing I would try on a garment
