I don't have white skin.... I'm sort of medium complected and never burn but tan quickly. Squinney and the cubs however are extermely fair.... but still.... none of us are white. In fact I don't know anyone who is white.

That likely the same reason they are not yet demanding all Mexicans need to wear a Mexican flag pin in the same manner as Jews needed to wear a yellow star on their chests.

Except that they don't need to. The new law only permits asking for someone's papers when investigating another crime, and we do, after all, have a whopping 12 million illegals in the country. In many countries, the police can ask anyone for their papers at any time. We don't, and hopefully never will, have that situation, and this law doesn't create it.
