I finally put my finger on it... the voice in my head for Msolga is the same one I hear for happy bunny.

You know that one, right? We all use the same voice for happy bunny, don't we?

About 60 years ago, I had some bunny rabbits.
Thay did not have much to say; pretty quiet.

I haven't heard Mike Rowe obviously but I've seen him talk enough that I have a sense of his voice and way of speaking... that's about how I imagine farmerman too.

Mike Rowe used to sing opera.... he has a very deep, melodic voice, it's beautiful!
