It far pass time to cut the nonsense out and if the FAGs hating soldiers think they do not need to deal with open gays in the private world and think that they can find jobs in this economic more power to them.

Any fool can be a killer of humans it does not take training or IQ and ten years olds had been known to do it.

In fact you had been stating that your concern is that getting rid of gays is far more important to some soldiers then getting the mission done or even their own survival.

Sound like any soldier that think that way is far too dumb to be of use in a modern battlefield or anything beyond a gang fight.

That statement shows me you understand nothing of the problem. Do you think armies meet in a bar and one of them insults another's mother ? It is a profession and it requires a great deal of training to do exactly that. Most soldiers in WWII didnt fire at the enemy, most of the in close killing was done by a handful of troops. You need to read more....

I promise you that Bill has no clue about anything other than individual training. He will never understand that the squad must learn to work together, and then the team, and then the platoon, and then the company, and then the battalion, and then the brigade, and so on, and so on..........

It is perhaps the most intricate teamwork that humans do.

Don't push your organization to the breaking point with change and top down demands

let your people be true to themselves, let them organize their workspace to their personal comfort, and they will contribute more
