My impression is that for the most part everyone is expected to clean themselves these days. The women cleaning their men was part of the Asian tradition, and even they don't do it anymore.

Why do you ask? Is this having to do with the problems you and your wife are having?

My wife cleans herself up and when she's done, she gets the baby wipes and cleans my groin area. I thought this is a normal thing to do between couples.

As you cam probably tell from the reactions, it doesn't seem to be the norm. I would ignore anyone who thinks it's "wrong" though. If it's something she likes to do then great! Sounds like a very loving thing to do. If it's something she feels she has to do, then I, personally, wouldn't want it to continue. As for reciprocating, I don't imagine that would be welcome as the process would be more invasive. My guess is she likes clean sheets.

The baby wipe thing is kinda freaky, but what ever floats your boat. Not sure what the problem with an adult wash cloth is, which is how the Asians do it. In BDSM and a fair number of dominants have their submissives lick them clean, so by comparison what you two do is rather normal.

I prefer to not clean myself afterwards, but he likes to clean himself. If he's at my place, though, I will get up and run some water until it warms, then dampen the washcloth with it and give it to him.
