@BarbieQPickle,
Hi, Barbie. I was a lab tech for fifteen years, and had good experiences in research and clinical labs. I found out, rather late, that I liked art, and when pursuing that as a hobby, found out I really like design.

So - if you like design (I didn't know what that meant, at all) I now think one can design in the medical field, or in art fields, computer fields, and many others.
Or you can work in those fields and do your own thing on your own time.

I could have saved myself some years if I understood what I liked to do better, back when I was a tech.. but I wasn't aware of all that yet.
So, explore what you like.

@ossobuco,
Thanks for sharing with me! I like so many things and when I look at specific degrees, it's true I don't really know what I can do with all of them. It's easier for me to know what I don't want to do versus what I do. Once I'm actually in the experience of something I realize it's just not for me and that my potential would be better used in something else.

@Seed,
I think this is the most I've said on here in a long time, it's nice to converse.
