I've been out of work(trim carpenter) for 2 years but I'm lucky to have a weekend gig playing in a country band that affords me the luxury of not living under a bridge.

Any retiree's?

Yup, officially retired (early at 55) since 2006, but have worked again, and currently looking for work.

From 1974 to 2006 worked for an electrical utility company, various jobs, mainly as an electric and gas meter reader.

@Robert Gentel,
I will leave the food, but I seriously dislike food being used as decorations, and I have trained my waitress not to bring butter with the pancakes. I guess waste is okay, but not premeditated waste.

Oh, I used to be a bookkeeper.

One is only supposed to have to hunt or gather, not both.
