Sitting on the Couch Napping
Not working myself, so I won't do me, but this morning I friended someone from Australia on FB and he described his job at the slaughterhouse as:
Lifting pigs up for money.

Lab work = running experiments.
Landscape architecture = playing with pencils.
Or, staring at space.
Or... designing a place.
Gallery owning = placing pictures coherently.
Walking on a great treadmill.

finding a bunch of guys who dress alike and then follow them around all day.
A high school teacher I once worked with described the job as:
"Casting pearls before swine"
.....with the caveat that "The pearls were sometimes artificial, but the swine were always real".
