Many temples and shrines have been made to many gods. We will always wonder about them and if there was a real deity that once inhabited these diverse places of worship.
Like the pyramids, an Egyptian architect simply said, "I have an idea, we will make it like this..." They then built it according to his plans and designs.
All temples are built to the specification of their architects and engineers. It is within the mystery of its builders eye that the edifice stands.
So we have many holy places... Each diverse and each created by the ideas of their builders and fortifiers. Generations pass generations and so on
What we learn is that there is a progression. That many people have come and left their mark on the face of the globe as we have all gotten wiser.
Now is our time to leave our mark. Will we leave a glorious temple of lasting beauty, wonder and awe?
When the pharaohs built the pyramids they were saying, I am going away now, but don't forget me, don't leave me behind. I have had dreams like you are having... Take me with you on your journey to wherever this life is fulfilled. I was somebody too.
We all have some hope that some great cosmic event could turn us all into immortals. It seems quite evident that that has never happened. Over the many millions of years life on earth no one has ever not died and stayed behind to live forever. If they had we might surely have heard of them because they would be here now. We could all marvel at how they didn't get old.
So it comes down to mortality.
Generally one's life is a blueprint, drawing out dimensions, finding vertices. Then building one brick at a time until your life is realized. Our shrines are mirrored in the hope then when the day comes, the grand purpose is revealed, beyond all comprehensions, everlasting life.. We choose the shape and form, we build our own temples that match our view of cosmos, our well of oracles, our philosophy and our religion, perhaps even a few of our fears.
Galaxies that have long vanished in the sands of time but their image is still with us in the milky way, their shape and from, sanctuaries full of stars, cathedrals filled with angels. One wonders if the angels are still keeping time?
So we are like supernovas and red giants, suns burning and earths making life. We emit light as we move across the sky in our rotations and orbits. And it is captured in time for all eternity to see. Frozen so the generations will look back upon us and say, I can remember you, I love you and I will take you with me. You are the temple of my faith. You are the cult of zero.

Can that which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? or is there any taste in the white of an egg?

Goodbye, said the fox. And now here is my secret, a very simple secret. It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.
