@Gracesmithdream,
Please don't tell us that you think Foster's is the best in the world.

@Ragman,
A lot of "Aussie" beer isn't even "Aussie," it's brewed abroad under licence.

I've yet to come across an Australian beer I would class as good, sometimes in a place that sells crappy beer the Australian beer is the best crappy beer on offer, but it's still a bit crappy compared with a really decent signature beer.

@izzythepush,
Perhaps a pint of Prancing Pony might suit you.

"Supreme Champion Beer at this week’s 2016 International Beer Challenge (IBC) in London.

His world-beating India Red Ale (IRA) is brewed ... in the Adelaide Hills, Australia."

@izzythepush,
I agree with you 100% . I think I’m spoiled since the advent of these micro-brews around North America over the last 20 years. If someone tastes back-to-back in a blind test the majority of Ni. American microbrews would beat any Aussie beer I’ve tasted.

Belgian beers often outshine No. American. One such Belgian is Leffe. I’ve enjoyed their beers a lot.

Izzy, What say you ?

@cicerone imposter,
Got home. Only needed 3500 steps to get to 200000 steps for March. Decided to walk to a bar to get to the next step on the monthly walking challenge.

Got a Destihl Wild Sour Series: Flanders Red sour ale.

Very delicious. Quite tart and sour. Tiny tang of bitter. Very smooth.

@Ragman,
I do like Belgian beers, they're very strong.

I particularly like Chouffe, first tried them in Amsterdam.

This is also very good, incredibly strong mind you.

There's loads more, way too many to list, I still get new beers every time I go to the beer shop, and I've just scratched the surface.

@tsarstepan,
Have you ever tried smoking cigars? When I went to Cuba several years ago, I had the opportunity to smoke some of the best available, and even in Cuba some cost upwards of $50 each. My favorite is the Partagas D4 which cost around $17. My travel buddy and I have smoked $50 cigars in Havana, and you can really tell the difference. In Cuba, it's common to see women smoking cigars. We visited the Partagas cigar factory which was interesting to see. Cohiba is rated number 1 in many countries, but we never smoked one.

Partagas Serie D No. 4 Review:

This is the last surprise coming from Partagas. A Robusto placed among the best in this format, following the patterns of what has been called "New School Habanos". If you like Partagas style, this is one of the best Robustos available beyond the shadow of a doubt.
