Almost two weeks ago (20 March):
Wound up at the Brooklyn Whole Foods. Wandered up to The Roof (which is the restaurant above the Whole Foods grocery store). Decided to get something to eat before I went grocery shopping.

Certainly not the best beer at all (at least to my memory), but perhaps really the best beer advertising poster

@tsarstepan,
Tried a German gose from Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei. Can't recommend it. Not sour or tart like the guy at Whole Foods claimed. Thankfully I only bought a single bottle so not much of a money loss. Couldn't finish the beer. Refused to finish the beer.

Just opened an Anderson Valley blood orange gose. Insanely tart and delicious.

@panzade,
You're very welcome. I figured as technically I'm an adult, I have to enjoy some kind of beer or another. If I couldn't find any beer that I could appreciate, they'd take my license to be an adult away. Confused

I had a bottle of this last night, it was really nice, not hints of mocha, but full blown mocha.

@tsarstepan,
It reminded me a lot of this, (not so strong though.)

The best beer in the world is always the one I'm holding in my hand at the moment.

Also, the most beautiful woman in the world is always the one I'm talking to at the moment.

Margo was a bit mmmm surprised with the medicinal taste. Root beer was new to the Aussie gal.

Wasn't the old proverb," A bird in the hand is worth, Anheuser Busch"?
