At our gig tonight the drummer bought me one of these.
Supposed to be a West Coast IPA but it tasted like Sam Adams to me.
Boston-like.

Was it any good? Very hoppy, or not so much?

We went to Avondale Brewing Co. in downtown Birmingham, AL last night. Great atmosphere - tried all kinds -

This one tasted like dish soap

good on the front side, bitter on the backend

My favorite

Seriously hoppy and not my favorite

My beers tend to be lighter and more citrusy - like Blue Moon and ShockTop, but I like Mexican beer as well - Dosequis and Corona are yummy - but I have been known to enjoy good ol' PBR's and wings as well. Razz

@panzade,
Birmingham has some pretty nice restaurants and a couple of good breweries. Five Points is a fun place to hang on a Saturday night. Smile

I had this one too - and even though it was a pale wheat - I enjoyed it. I am not usually big on the bitterness - but I liked this one.

I try to keep my beer reviews literary and pithy. Shakespeare was my muse for this review. Wink

@panzade,
Apology accepted...By the way "Wigger" which means "white nigger" is an offensive term so while you apologized, that is actually an indirect racist term FYI
