Any job I could have? Well first off I wouldn't be dong the job because of money reasons if I could have any job I wanted. Based on the fact that I could pay for the schooling of any said job. I would go with paleontologist. Dream job it is.
But if I could have any job and the knowledge and job were just given to me, probably be something along the lines of best selling author
Food critic
Travel writer (Eva, we can team up)
Forensic anthropologist

Mame -- I once knew the senior travel writer for Southern Living magazine. He went to the most interesting towns and cities, stayed in the coolest places, had people lining up to take him to the best restaurants, get him the best tickets & seats, tell him all the fascinating local stories, etc...AND got paid well to write about it all. I told him I coveted his job. He said I wasn't the only one.

You can handle the food reviews as long as I can come along. I'll do the local history. Do we need a photographer? I know one in San Antonio that I'm pretty sure we could recruit.
