That is a very respectable gun, with good loads.
In this particular case: bragging is justified.

Thank u; very kind of u.

I wonder how someone can FIND a clean picture like that
with no sales-related information surrounding it ?

I 'd like to be able to get clean pictures
of some of my other guns of my collection.
I have not been able to find any.

I 've gotten too many jams with automatics.

I 'd like to get a clean picture
(without advertizing material) of a .38 Taurus G85 blued with gold trim and Rosewood grips.

Yes; a friend of mine was trying his Glock,
new, virgin, out of the box at a gunnery range.
It jammed 3 times within the first 15 round magazine.

(We knew about keeping a stiff wrist.)

User error is the most common cause of a jammed Glock.

Both a firm grip and wrist are required... firing a few magazines of quality practice ammo would have solved that problem.

It wasn't the weapon.

The most that I can logically say is that we used it for a while,
among our other guns, and had a lot of trouble with it.
In theory, possibly, u coud be right.

We don 't have to guess about revolvers,
tho u do get the occasional fx firing pin.

It does, but it has a gold hammer, gold trigger and gold cylinder release latch, round butt
and smooth polished, darker colored Rosewood grips.
I have been accosted at the gunnery range, by police commending me on the beauty of that piece.

I have another one, a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson Model 36
that looks like that. (square butt)
