I wrote a sentence but I don't know if it make sense. if not, please correct it for me, thanks a lot.

While walking near a road or building construction, I almost cannot breath to avoid inhaling the dust. Even in my bedroom, I can see a great amount of dust is rolling in a shaft of sunlight.

@jinmin1988,
When I walk near a construction site, I try so hard to avoid inhaling the dust that I can hardly breathe at all. Even at home, I see lots of dust drifting in every sunbeam.

That's just one way to say it, and may be too informal for your needs.

One thing, though: breath (breth) is a noun and refers to the air you take into and expel from your lungs, and breathe (breeth) is a verb that applies to the action of taking air into your lungs. Examples: "My breath (noun) is fresh because I just brushed my teeth." "When I breathe (verb) deeply, I feel calmer."

@Wy,
Thank you, Wy. Breath is really big mistake.

@jinmin1988,
Not so big, jinmin. Many English-speaking people don't realize there are two separate spellings!
