I need find out where the raindrop button is on my gold series conditioner because I need to change the setting for the water hardness. The system is not conditioning the water properly.
Could you please send me the PDF for the settings in the "TOP SECRET" menu of the Gold Series system? [email protected]

Just relocated my Gold Series to new house on well. I'm trying to access the raindrop menu to check/adjust settings. Any chance you could email the pdf too? I've read several posts and appreciate your input and help.

I unplug my softener while I was on vacation. Now I have to reset my softener. I have Model no. AQC 100, Serial no. 662333, Date 06/01/04.

could i also get the rainsoft gold series setting info? I have one that was out of service for over a year and now does not auto regenerate. How long will the unit save settings without power?
