I don't think we have any medical doctors here. If so, I haven't met her or him. If you can go Sunday, the go see a doctor and get it diagnosed. If not, don't wait too long. Saying that, you probably shouldn't freak out. Self diagnosis and online diagnoses aren't kosher as you can't really verify the credibility/expertise of the sources.
If your a college student, buck up and go see the college medical clinic. True its an embarrassing subject, just might be why your asking about it anonymously online. It's better to play it safe and get a recognized expert's medical opinion.
