We could win! And for this kind of money, I think she might even put out. But we only have two hours left, so hurry!

@kickycan,
She is quite a babe and I am sure she is worth the money. My wife would start asking questions, though, if I spent that much to have dinner with another woman.

So, we're talking moose rarebit? Caribou testicles? Will we have a proper French chef?

@kickycan,
$12,500? Heck, that's at least two-third's of the price of a new car! Shocked

I think they'll be serving a live wolf that Sarah will slaughter, gut and filet right at the table for us! Come on people, we can be part of this great American event if you'll just pony up the dough!

Who is she again?

Is there any reason I should know who this is?

This is so awesome!

I can't believe I know someone on the pre-approved buyer list.

Awesome!

I think it's a marvelous opportunity, Roger. Think of it. Dinner for 5 with Sarah Palin. Wow. I wonder how they will prepare her? Deep-fried? Sauteed with a light olive oil?

@Eva,
Oh, I wasn't thinking in that direction. I'd rather see 5 of the opposed to her smarties here engage her in conversation over the Baked Alaska.

@shewolfnm,
I see your point of course!

However, that's tacky (thinking molasses, which, by the way, I bought some today).

Personally, I don't mind Sarah except that she ran for vice president, a matter I think ill advised for the country. I'm sorry for Alaska, but I'm not sure how sorry.

@Eva,
Lighten up? I'm the one who brought up Baked Alaska. You brought -
Deep-fried? Sauteed with a light olive oil?

But wait, I've never been anywhere that served Baked Alaska. Anyone tried it?

True, you did come up with Baked Alaska. I was hoping someone would think "roast." Wink

Yes, I've had Baked Alaska IRL. A couple of times...on cruises, naturally. It looks spectacular but there's not much substance. Kinda like the ex-governor, come to think of it. Both are cold at heart, too.

You should have come up with that last year. Wouldn't have changed anything, you know, but. . . .
