Quite the opposite; UT is a premier team in the world of College Football; they are currently the 2nd-ranked team in the country, behind last year's champions, Florida.

Actually, Mark Twain and David Crockett were room mates at an inn on the Sabine River, when Twain obtained work on a paddlewheeler, narrowly missing untimely death at the Alamo. His novel of Joane of Arc is an allegory for the story of the fall of that mission.

@edgarblythe,
Speaking of river boats, did you know that the leadsmen used to drop a weighted line from the bow of the boat to determing the depth? S'truth! When the water got to a certain depth, they would sing out "Samuel Clemens." Ol' Mark thought that sounded pretty cool, and as they say, the rest is history.

Just because you are an authentic Gentile does not mean you get a free pass to use the Lord's name in vain. It is called respect. Give a successful Rabbi some respect.

By the way, for the dull-witted among those reading here, two of our European members are making a series of jokes based on the name of Mr. Clemens. His full name was Samuel Langhorne Clemens.

Just for the record, some might consider you too Euro-centric to not be equal to a European. Not only Jews are thought of as having dual loyalty, if one travels to certain regions of the U.S.
