As far as insult humor is concerned, the Book of Job has a speech that goes something like this: "Don't be so proud. Someday you will be decomposing in a field the same way manure decomposes."

Roughly "Thou art Peter, and on this rock I will build my church". That's supposed to be the only pun in the whole book, and it isn't so much.
Peter is a Greek name and it wasn't that apostle's original name anyway - he had a Hebrew name to begin with and until the scene you describe. However in answer to Francis's original question, presumably this passage could be interpreted as including a sense of humor:
