Pregnancy

I believe the earliest birth to survive is 21 weeks. 31 weeks is early, but I would suggest that if you are in good health, and your unborn child is in otherwise good health, then given appropriate medical support the odds would be in favour of your baby surviving if born now. Obviously every week closer to 40 improves the odds, but I don't see any reason to stress yourself. (my wife is 34 weeks, and our unborn son is kicking the hell out of her)
