That's good ... cleaning home plate with your foot would have been a sad way to end up on the DL.

saw one awarded the other day, but was perplexed as to why it wasn't a triple and an error (forget the circumstances, but it wasn't a clean play)...

2011 All Star Game in Phoenix ... I hear people were grumbling about the low-90's heat in Anaheim yesterday ... here's this week's forecast in Phoenix.
