Appropo of nothing, the Korean team that was homed in the city where I first lived (and now live again) was pretty decent when I got here. Then they went on a decade-long (or more) losing streak, consistently ranking at the very bottom of the league. Several years ago they relocated to a larger nearby city, but still sucked balls just as bad. However, this year they got a new manager and suddenly they...*googles current standings*...well, ****. Now they're 7th out of 10 teams. A week ago they were 4th. Never mind. Yeah, 7th is better than 10th, but still Friggin' team loyalty...

Worse part of this is that when he was a coach, it was at the high school level.

Clearly these Marlins suits are an organization that has no clue at all and as such...has a fire sale every couple of years. They've done nothing to endear themselves to the public of MLB suits in that they offered zero chances to a qualified minority coach, of which there are several candidates.

It's a shame because they have one of the greatest gate attractions they'd ever had with Stanton. When he hits a ball they stay in orbit. I think his contract is for $300 M, if I'm not mistaken.
