If you can't hear your teacher's question clearly, or you cannot understand a word in your teacher's question, what would you say with the same meaning of the title?(in spite of "Could you please rephrase your question?”)

You could also ask the teacher to paraphrase the question. In other words, to go at it in a different way, with the same meaning.
