If you are a native speaker, do you use "notwithstanding"(as preposition) in your writing? If you do, could you please give me a sample sentence.

@jinmin1988,
I not only use it when writing, but in speech, as well. Notwithstanding that fact, i find that it is not commonly used by native speakers.
