I looked it up too - the site I got to mentioned it was a like a Pink Lady.. but that site called for Cointreau and lime (Esquire Magazine, I think). I don't think I ever heard of it.

It's a standard phrase when two blokes out on the pull see a couple of unattached ladies, the implication being I'll have the prettier of the two.
