@tsarstepan,
probably 4 teaspoons of salt in that thing. It looks like youre cultivation cardiomyopathy at 40. That's a good age to begin your planning for ternity. Whats a coupla more years on the back end when you can eat buns made of fried mac and cheese.

@farmerman,
I'm too old to start a crack, cocaine, heroin, meth, etc... addiction so I got to enjoy some kind of vice. Amazingly convenient that they're all dairy based:
super-premium ice cream, cheeseburgers, and pizza.

So? How do I join the Cardiomyopathy Hall of Fame Club? Surprised Wink

Keep up a regular diet of fat and sodium, just like the one that includes fried mac and cheese for bread

@ossobuco,
I see I'm late to the conversation.

I don't think all burgers are baddies, or horrible tasting if not.

It's amusing to go into a burger joint and ask for the sandwich and drink, but no fries. Some of them get confused and have to consult the manager. I quit eating fries and most starchy vegetables about a year ago.

I love gourmet burgers where the restaurants choose butcher quality meat rather then the crap that contains the infamous "pink slime."

@edgarblythe,
Go into a Mickey D's and just order fries. See if they ask you if you want fries with that.

@farmerman,
When I get a hamburger I always refuse the fries. It is amusing how often this confuses the order takers and they seek help.

@tsarstepan,
Starchy vegetables are something I avoid. Seems they are counter productive to some of the programs I follow.
