Everything sounds good except the Vegemite. Never got a taste for that.

I had some Turtles chocolates, Pot of Gold chocolates, two cups of espresso, leftover turkey and leftover mushed rutabaga.
Good stuff.

an apple-blueberry (non-fat) muffin and a banana

I bought myself a silicon muffin pan for an Xmas present and I can't stop making them! I brought most of this batch to work this morning. They were excellent - I'm sure no one had a clue they were fat free.

You're liking the silicone muffin pans, maxis1ina1,000,000?

I've been tempted by the silicone baking pans and thingies, but wondered how well they really worked.

My silicon muffin pan works like a dream, with or without Pam sprayed on first. I found one that came with a "sled" so it's not floppy going in and out of the oven.

Ooooooh mac11 that is super-cute! I want one!

I had roasted potatoes and garlic with fried eggs and toast. And Irish tea with milk, of course.

Canadian Tire has all of their silicone cooking stuff on sale this weekend. I'm off to grab a couple of pieces. I've bought and used the brushes ... but never any of the pans.
