breakfast shake-
spinach, 1 gala apple, 1-almost brown ripe bananna, 1/2 cup concentrated orange juice, 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/4 avacado

yeah, sounds yucky, but DAMN good. Very Happy

You're kidding, right?

My breakfast -- 2 cups of Ethiopian coffee which needed 2 teaspoons of honey to make palatable and half a toasted pita pocket with butter and honey.

I am already looking forward to lunch.

I had to sit around and wait for examination for discoveries early this morning. Treated myself to a western on the way to the office.

A slice of storebought pumpkin pie. What was I thinking when I bought it? Pie now in trash. (I don't have a garbage disposal.)

Beginning to think about lunch.

Steel-cut oatmeal with lots of raisins, some cinnamon, ginger, and organic sugar. And some good English breakfast tea with milk.

I only wish I'd had that today.

Eight, ten (?) starburst fruit chewies, a small pack of skittles and two (count them, two) smallish kitkat bars. I hate to admit I eyed the rockets for a while, too.

And coffee.

groan.

(foolish, foolish, she mutters......)
