It smells ok, less heavy, but it's smoky. It doesn't crisp the same way. No point in trying it unless you're trying to cut calories/fat.

My favorite for breakfast, and what I
ate this morning, and I eat it almost
every morning, is oatmeal with sliced
strawberries in it, and a dash of cinnamon
( AND it lowers your cholesterol )
a little sugar, and a little fat free milk.
YUM!

Had oatmeal this a.m. myself.

Margo - it a whipped tofu spread. It really is very cream cheese like. I eat cream cheese when I'm not at my parents' house.

only time for a walk and a quick trip to the coffee time with Setanta and the doggies before Setanta had to climb into the jeep for the long drive home. Jumbo tea and a choco glazed donut for me, jumbo coffee and a sausage roll for Setanta, and a plain glazed sourdough donut to be shared between the four of us. A brisk brisk (brrrrrrrrrr) brisk walk around and home. Brrrrrrrrrrrr. I need some soup or maybe more tea.

None of the above, I turn leftover candied sweet potatoes in sweet potatoe pie and had two pieces - w/cool whip. So the closest choice would be unhealthy!

Wellll, Dad cooked up his family-famous breakie this a.m. - egg beater omelets with non-fat mozzerella, spinach, mushrooms cooked in olive oil. With tofu bacon and vegie protein sausage patties on the side along with 7 grain toast with red currant jam.
