after our morning swim on thursday we'll be paying our local deli (THE GOLDEN ROOSTER - danish owners) a visit. we'll need to buy some nice coldcuts, cheese and freshly baked "good-heart buns" . usually get some freshly made liver-pate, smoked ham and variety of sausages. ah, breakfast on thursday, can't wait ! hbg

I've never tried Krispy Kreme. They look disgusting. If I'm going to have a donut, it's going to be a bakery one...mmm ..raised donut with chocolate icing and a huge blob of buttercream on top.

I don't like Krispy Kreme. Blech. Give me an old fashioned chocolate covered cake doughnut any day. Just not every day. Smile

A bowl of fresh blackberries dusted with sugar and two slices of cinnamon toast from my favorite local bakery.

For lunch, I will have an Asian chicken salad to which I will add the segments from two sweet seedless tangerines. Maddy will sit on my lap pleading for pieces of lettuce from my fork. He's such a funny dog.
