I'm the only one in our house that uses fat-free milk. My wife and son uses soy milk. I use soy milk only when there's no fat-free and I want to eat cereal. I usually add a little water when using soy milk.

I have vanilla soy milk with coffee sometimes; ginger soy milk on ice sometimes, vanilla soy milk with rum, sometimes. Also drink 1% choc (regular) milk, nonfat milk, and have some half and half around for some recipes.

I'm still trying to get into the whole soy milk/drink thing. Mom gets it free a lot, so she tries to get me to try it. She's got an entire line of soy milk and soy BEAN drinks. Ugh...

I had honey nut Cheerios today, with fat free milk, which is all we ever have. Fat free milk in California has a richer mouth feel than the blue stuff they sell elsewhere, because they add non-fat milk solids back into it. It's actually quite good.

Kashi Go-Lean, 1%milk, ls V8, supps.
I'm starting to sound like a broken record. I need to branch out better but I like it and it keeps me full for 3 or 4 hours so I eat it just about every day.

Nothing yet, and I need to find something bland.
Yuck to any kind of soy milk. I've tried about 10 brands now. Yuck yuck and double yuck. (also given my age, i'm trying to be cautious about soy) Rice milk, however, is not bad.

Swiss Cheese omelette with the last of the peach-chipotle salsa.

Cracked wheat bread with honey maple smoked turkey breast and emmenthal. I think I'd better have some tea. Maybe I didn't have enough yesterday? (trying to find out why I feel yucky today)

I had kashi instand multigrain hot cereal. Like rolled oats with other grains and dried cranberries. A little too sweet, but yummy.

half a bagel, cup of yogurt, OJ, multi-vitamin, and possibly a little Fancy Feast, when I accidentally stuck the cat food spoon in my yogurt (it had been rinsed)

Our maid was here this morning to get ready for our annual party tomorrow, so my wife and I went out for breakfast and we shared a 3-egg omlette, wheat toast, and potatoes. I had hot chocolate for a change. We brought home half of the omlette and potatoes.
