Banana nut muffin and chocolate milk. Not enough, so lunch was a meatball sub and a bag of potato chips.

I had a piece of toasted whole wheat sourdough with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Just felt like something different.

Now wash your hands and finish your food.

Today I had that same toasted whole wheat bread, this time with natural (salted) peanut butter.

It felt a little funny too.

Just coffee for breakfast, but a salad and cold cereal for lunch. Saving our pig-out for our special dinner tonite in downtown Sunnyvale with about 15 in our social group.

while my family has sausage, pancakes, and scrambled eggs with lots of yumyum cheese, I sit here with a few handfuls of low-fat pretzels and yoplait yogurt.

I know this is supposed to be about "breakfast," but I gotta share with you what I had for dinner last night before our annual white elephant party at our house. We had our dinner at a downtown restaurant called Dishdash, where they specialize in Mediterranean food. We started with their cold appetizer plate that included a bit of everything the restaurant has on their menu. Some had white and some had red wine during the meal. I had the rack of lamp with spinach and red pepper with rice that had walnuts. The restaurant is always packed, and they had people waiting outside to be seated. Everything was just superb! Wink

The waiter suggested medium, so that's what I ordered, but it had pink inside. It was so good!
