I tried SlimFast for a while. I hope the formulation is better these days. There used to be a lot of chalk-like residue at the bottom of the containers when I last experimented with it.

Scrambled egg and a big cup of herbal tea this morning.

these days breakfast tends to be 12-grain toast with almondbutter and mixed-fruit spread. And a huge cuppa joe.

An organic sunrise apple-raisin pita. Maple breakfast sausage. Scrambled egg (well part of one - most is for the dogs). A verra verra large mug of English Breakfast tea with milk and sugar.

It's cold and rainy here this morning, and I'm hoping this will warm me up from the inside.

egg white omelet with lean ham, oatmeal, coffee with Splenda and fat free creamer. Two lines of cocaine to get my metabolism going. I'm a health nut.

I had half a bowl of cereal and half a banana - does that equal a whole breakfast?

Absolutely, mac!

What have I had today other than a lot of tea?

Oatmeal at home, followed by tea and a slice of someone's extremely rich left-over birthday cake in the office. Not sure the latter was such a good plan...

Nothing to day as I am not hungary. It is very rare for me to eat breakfast - I know, I know. Everyone has told me to eat this meal all my life but it is so difficult for me to eat in the morning.

My first meal is usually around 11:00 or 12:00. Sometimes if I am really busy I forget to eat all day - really bad. But food has never been very important to me.

Scrambled eggs and chicken apple sausage, all cooked in the micowave at work. People are constantly amazed at how simple it is to make scrambled eggs in the microwave. It only takes a minute.

I dawdled on my way to a mediation today so ... nothing ... except a giant take-out tea.

I am enjoying a four eggwhite omelet with very spicy pico de gallo, horseradish , cheese and ketchup along with four strips of turkey bacon, strawberry preserves on low carb wheat toast , and my third cup of coffee.

Flatulence is my hobby.

I will go run it all out on my daily five miles however, so the family doesn't suffer, and I must admit I take a certain perverse pleasure in watching the grass turn black where I've passed it. The grass and the gas that is..... Rolling Eyes  Laughing

I just tried some of that chicken bacon. I don't really understand it. You're supposed to fry it in oil. Why not just get real bacon? Oh well. Live and learn.

Coffee for breakfast today and everyday. I'm never hungry until I've been up for about 4 hours.
