that's a lot of zucchini!

Thanks, Bill. That was a real puzzler.
I can see how that would work with bbq.

Flax seed toast again - with fresh cream cheese, chives and some low-fat smoked turkey breast. Two big cups of English Breakfast tea. Half of a chocolate chip cookie - I bought them to get myself through the power outage - turns out a cookie a day is more than enough.

I'm trying to increase the protein in my diet, and decrease the carbs, but sometimes, sometimes ... today i had to have a piece of french toast. It was great. Back to protein again tomorrow.

for breakfast, I often have three or four spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter and diet coke

not the most delicious, but it keeps me from fainting or getting a headache. And it fits nicely into one of those 15 minute breaks I get between sessions

Nails.

I have three nine-inch spikes right next to the drill, jig-saw, microwave and stove.
I fix up a mean stew and save the leftovers by
hammering them into the 2x4 next to the fridge.

No joke. Truly, yes, seriously.
They're a little rough on the pottery
but they are good.
