Do/Does either you or John like this?

Which word in bold should I use?

@tanguatlay,
I would avoid a construction like that. Neither "do" nor "does" is appropriate. You could write "Do you like this, and does John?"

I might say,
"Do either you or John like this?"
"Do you or John like this?"
"Do you and John like this?"
"Do you guys like this?"
"Do you both like this?"
