I am five years older than when I first posted to this thread on Fri 23 Jan, 2009!

Man, that's downright OLD!

@Phoenix32890,
We posted right after each other five years ago, Phoenix...so I thought I would do it again here.

I'm five years older also (big surprise there)...and I feel every day of the new age.

You still have my favorite avatar!

@Frank Apisa,
Hi Frank! It has really been a while. I have not been to NY since the last time that I saw you. In the past, I would meet my son, and walk from Penn station to a restaurant on 115th and Broadway. We would have breakfast there. The front of the restaurant is the place where the exterior shot of Seinfeld was filmed.

I could still make the walk, but if we started out at the usual time, it probably would be closer to lunchtime when we got there. Sad

Hey B.

Yeah...my long walks in The Big Apple have been infrequent of late...but I still do lots of walking on the golf course. Gonna be meeting my sister in town next week (she'll be in from Malibu)...and we will undoubtedly do a fairly long walk in Central Park...although I suspect I may take a break or two along the way.

One good thing about getting older...is getting older! Wink

@Frank Apisa,
True. Sometimes I wish though, that I could spend the money that I spend on prescriptions to buy filet mignon I would be ahead of the game.

Did you know that every time that I walk into Walgreens, their stock goes up a couple of points???

I have never posted in this thread, let alone posting 4 years ago. But I am not shy about my age. I always had it displayed on my profile here at a2k since I joined in 2009.

I'm 42. Ironically (?), I do not know the meaning of life and I doubt I ever will.
