No, she wasn't TKO. YOu may think that she was but you obviously do not know that Clinton did what he wanted to do. He may have nodded her way a few times but his narcissism did not allow him to take most of her ideas seriously.
Hillary, of course, was tainted from the beginning. It is absurd to an extreme to hear her hypocrisy concerning CEO salaries and bonuses when her greed stood out egregiously when she collected $100,000 from an investment of $1,000 in cattle futures. Anyone who has studied that incident knows that it was a political payoff.
