If genes did not matter, then Neanderthals might just be living all over the planet, since they were stronger. Genes made our brains larger to process language. Or, simply put, the winners win, and the losers lose. Genes have a lot to do with the outcomes.
Also, I do not comment on Europeans much. They are all, in my opinion, trying to get along with each other after deciding that in a nuclear age, fighting like they did, amongst each other for a thousand years, is not wise. Fortunately, I'm an American. Diversity is just part of the country and the American culture. Europeans are trying to come to terms with the reality of a diverse population, in my opinion. Have a pleasant summer.
