A true believer, you are, Mr. Blythe. I will be rooting for them.

I have never been a Cardinals fan, but I like what I see this year.

Good evening. 12 players in so far. Halfway to my goal of 25.
5 of us so far see Tennessee as going all the way. Pittsburgh and Arizona each get 2 votes, while Philly, San Diego and the NY Giants get 1 a piece.
Odd, because I thought I heard that the bookies have NY and their alledgedly "cute" QB as the favorites. It could be the Bostonian Bias against NY in play here.

@realjohnboy,
Haha, the Giants just aren't as great as people make them out to be. They won the big one last year primarily due to Brady's injuries, in my opinion...

@realjohnboy,
RJB - I picked the Panthers to win outright. I think you may have put me down for Tennessee.

7 of the 8 teams have at least one backer thus far. Anyone for the Ravens?

Yep. If they can shut down Carolina's running game, like they did Atlanta, they ought to win.

Should be some good games this weekend. I'd like to see a Balt-Carolina Super Bowl for purely personal reasons. But I just don't think Baltimore gets past Pittsburgh. Heck, they will be in for a dogfight in Tennessee this weekend. And I do seriously like Carolina in a rematch with NY. Oh well, here's my predictions.

1. Baltimore
2. Pittsburgh
3. Carolina
4. New York

5. Pittsburgh
6. Carolina

7. Carolina

@realjohnboy,
Game #1: Ravens-Titans ---> Ravens

Game #2: Chargers"Steelers --> Steelers

Game #3: Cardinals-Panthers -->Panthers

Game #4: Eagles-Giants --> Giants
(I'll hate myself..I just know it, but Giants gotta turn it around..and I don't trust McNabb/Iggles to keep his/their focus)

************************************************************
Game #5: Steelers-Ravens --> Steelers (could be best match of all..inlcuding
SB game.)

Game #6: Panthers-Giants --> Panthers

************************************************************
Game #7: SuperBowl

Steelers-Panthers ---------> Steelers
