@Bi-Polar Bear,
I think making fun of the mentally challenged is poor taste.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Lets all send our ohmms out to pray that Ceej pulls through. He'll probably need a coupla pints of blood. I wonder where the blood comes drom? SHall we tell Ceej when he comes to that his sense of rhythm has been altered positively and irreversably.

It woulda been better if he were taken in by some Christian SCientists.

@CalamityJane,
That's an insult to the people with "real" Tourette's syndrome. ceej stands on his own when it comes to brain damage.

You would all look somewhat "serious" if it turned out that CJHSA was following in the line of Swift's A Modest Proposal. That he expresses a view which makes sense if you follow the logic of what people do rather than what they say which is designed to distance themselves from that they do.

That your self-complimentary displays of virtue are all a load of shite and tooling up is the obvious strategy. The logic of a survivor's behaviour.

I don't know but I'm not one for ruling the possibility out because it might suit me to. No scientist would. There's plenty more in Swift's line of work.

@spendius,
What I mean is that CJHSA provides a critique of the society he sees around him and the growing irrationality as he might see it.

One can hardly blame the bankers for lending money out at a profit. How could they lend any money at all out if nobody wished to borrow any? The kerb crawler is worse than the streetwalker it is said.

And for material gee-gaws to out gee-gaw the neighbours, friends and assorted passers-by, is the desire. And not only can't stop but won't stop unless made to.

That's pretty irrational. Mr McCain was a rip it off kid.

He possibly thinks that the bail-outs are a form of the school nurse pulling the sticking plaster off slowly and apologising sympathetically all the time.
