What the hell is with some gay people's lisps? Making fun of the way gay guys talk is stupid but this video is hilarious in contrast to the disaster, with all these guys talking feminine.

You argument is about as stupid as to why many women talk feminine...

@RexRed,
What argument Rexy?
I was just making a comment on a video and gay people, that was funny in an unexplainable way.
They can talk like a man if they want to, ****, I can talk like them if I wanted to too.

@RexRed,
Good news Rex. Me and the wife went to JC Penney Saturday and we found some really good deals for me but not such good deals for her. We spent about $500.00 that was a gift card form my son to my wife.
I plan to give them more of my business and to stay away from Walmart.
And by the way "they were really busy and seem to need improvement in the ladies shoe department as they were out stock and not enough employes for the about 50 customers in that department.

I don't look at this thread often, but this was the best laugh I've had all day.
Thanks Rex

I am gay and I don't talk like that, but, I am also often accepted more readily by people who are effeminate than people who are straight so, who has the problem?

It is the way some gay people are, yet, I still love them like they are all my own family... what seems like harmless and subtle insult often had devious intent and consequences... I have learned to laugh more openly at myself and restrain my laughter at others...

I may fit in less in generality but I fit in better with my own perspective on love and life. Some "queens" use their effeminate ways to provoke laughter and "camp it up"... That is okay too but I will still reserve my laughter to a certain degree so as not to seem insulting and belittling. People respect me more when I show them the same common decency and respect I would hope to be shown myself.

That is great news!!!

Same here... Today instead of going to Walmart I went to LGBT friendly Trader Joes...

I noticed the people shopping there were, not sure how to describe it "more conscientious"

I spent almost 200 dollars on food... The selection was of healthier (mostly organic) brands and I noticed the prices were very satisfactory.

The sales people were very helpful and I had a good feeling of not causing my LGBT family any troubles down the road by supporting homo haters and "greedy" capitalists...

Also, there is a Whole Foods about four blocks from Trader Joes but I won't shop there either... same republican homo haters who own that store...

I can shop, feel good about it and eat healthy... A friend of mine was with me and remarked the people who were shopping at Trader Joes seemed to be a nicer group of customers...

Walmart anyone?

@Atom Blitzer,
You should do a bit of reading about subcultures. 14 year old girls sound ridiculous, as do 1970s fly guys http://www.evtv1.com/player.aspx?itemnum=1392

And people outside the subculture have always been perplexed by it or made fun of it.

It's just a signifier of belonging to a group, like the way you dress or the music you listen to it. It's perfectly normal - and more prevalent in oppressed or disadvantaged groups.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herb_Kohl

Herb Kohl owns Kohl's if you have any near you...

Excerpts from wiki...

Kohl is strongly pro-choice and opposes the death penalty....

He is highly in favor of affirmative action and supports setting aside funds for women and minorities. Although he voted in favor of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, Kohl rejected the recent proposal to amend the U.S. Constitution to define marriage as between one man and one woman and has supported measures that ban discrimination based on sexual orientation.

Seems like Herb has evolved too. Smile

That is the type of information that should be forwarded to all who care.

We may have a lot of people who are against our cause but I do not think that most care enough to do the opposite of what we are doing because they are not thinkers or they believe in the almighty saving of the dollar than they do human rights.

As long as they are not running out of gas and only an Exxon Mobile stands between them and 50 more miles to an approved gas station assuming it doesn't charge 2 cents a gallon more.

I would spend a dollar more per gallon to keep people like you from suppressing human rights spendius.

Then you'd still be paying less than us. Do you really think Spendi is like an oil company executive, 'cause that's not how I picture him?

@RexRed,
I am not sure if that photo accurately depicts an anti gay walmart shopper Rex. That could be some one like myself, "not that I would have my keys hanging on my side or wear a shirt like that but I do know of a bisexual girl who wears her keys on her side.

I do not think that we can tell who is anti-gay by their appearance all the time. Who knows he may be a cool bubba who supports gay rights even though he is probably not likely gay himself.

I don't know that he is. I do know he likes a wind up. I've not seen anything that I would class as overtly homophobic, maybe I'm wrong.
