Anyone Following the Caylee/Casey Anthony Case?

It is getting more bizarre by the day. Casey is out now and I would love to be fly on the wall in that house. She is staying with her dad and mom, who seems almost as nuts as Casey.

The latest is that Casey wanted to give the girl up for adoption.

@Not a Soccer Mom,
Here is what CNN says about it:

(CNN) -- Investigators have found chemical evidence of human decomposition in the trunk of the car connected to Florida mother Casey Anthony, a law enforcement source said Wednesday.

1 of 2 The evidence, discovered at the the University of Tennessee Forensic Anthropology Facility, may help solve the months-long mystery of the woman's missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee.

The little girl's disappearance has garnered national headlines and has been the nightly fodder of cable TV crime shows.

Caylee has not been seen since early June. Her mother did not report her missing until nearly a month later. Watch more on what the test results mean ยป

Caylee turned 3 while authorities still searched for her.

Casey Anthony has been charged with child neglect, making false official statements and obstructing a criminal investigation.

Police have said they consider the mother a "person of interest" in her daughter's disappearance.

Grandmother: 'I believe we are going to find Caylee'
Grandmother Cindy Anthony pointed police toward her daughter's vehicle. Cindy Anthony told authorities that it smelled as if there had been a dead body in the trunk.

Cindy Anthony has since said that she believes her granddaughter is alive.

"Casey's maintained that she's protecting Caylee, and she's also protecting the family from physical harm. We believe that 100 percent," Cindy Anthony said August 5 .

A spokesman for the University of Tennessee Forensic Anthropology Facility, also known as the Body Farm, said investigators were testing the air found in the trunk of the car for chemical compounds only found in cadavers.

At the time, the spokesman said, "we would not have performed these tests if we didn't think there was something there."

I think we all know the truth, the police just need to gather the evidence. Did I read that the mother was out on $500,000 bail? They don't seem like the kind of people that have access to that much money.

@Green Witch,
Quote:
Missing girl's mother won't have bail withdrawn
(Associated Press, August 29, 2008)

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A bounty hunter who helped free the mother of a missing Florida toddler says he won't withdraw her bail - as long as she remains safe.

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla met with Casey Anthony's attorney Friday. Padilla says he told Jose Baez he feared for Anthony and her family's safety. Baez wouldn't discuss the safety concerns.

Withdrawing Anthony's bail would've forced her to return to jail.

Anthony was freed last Thursday. Her family says that would help find missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Caylee hasn't been seen since June but wasn't reported missing until a month later. Prosecutors say Casey Anthony is a person of interest in her disappearance. She faces charges of child neglect, obstruction and making false statements.

@wandeljw,
The bounty hunter dude revoked her bail after Casey was arrested Friday night for petty theft.

Nancy Grace (who was on vaction for two weeks) had tears in her eyes last night when she announced that law enforcement believes that indeed, the little girl is dead.
