What a bunch of BS the Republicans have resorted to. Honestly.

LOL!

You are incredibly gulible!
The press created the Greek temple buzz and you took the bait.

It's just a fancy stage for a big show, nothing more.
Sit back, enjoy the show & and give your taxed brain a rest.

@Cycloptichorn,
It's been so long since members of the Republican Party came out from behind their electrified fences and guarded gates that they don't even recognize a replica of the Lincoln memorial anymore, even after their own party has used similar symbols so many times.

Gore is looking thinner.

He goes right in to it, and straight up says that if we had put him in the WH, we wouldn't have attacked Iraq, and we would have kept after Bin Laden until he was caught.

He's really laying into the Republicans.

'How does this become a brain-twister? Because the oil and coal industries have a 50-year lease on the Republican party, and they are drilling them for all they are worth.'

Gore is doing great

@Foxfyre,
Nothing but class!

McCain congratulates Obama for his nomination. McCain recognizes the symbolism of a black man accepting the nomination on the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. The ad will run Thursday on national cable television before and after Obama's address.

McCain says: "Senator Obama, this is truly a good day for America. Too often the achievements of our opponents go unnoticed. So I wanted to stop and say, congratulations. How perfect that your nomination would come on this historic day. Tomorrow, we'll be back at it. But tonight Senator, job well done."

A great speech by Al Gore. Probably the hardest-hitting speech of the convention. He didn't pull any punches.

So, here's a question: who are they Republicans going to use to build up to speak all these nights? I mean, who are their keynote speakers going to be? Bush and Cheney are toxic, so are they going to turn to... Boehner? McConnell? Bush senior? They don't have anyone. They can't use Schwartzy again, he's too left.

Other than the speech he made in 2000 on Miami Beach the night before the election, I can't recall a better one.

McCain would sell his soul to the devil to get Colin Powell to speak.

Maybe Condi will wow them?
