I was doing really well until....

E: ran 5.25 miles through the hills
D: friend did not show up so I ate
8oz of Mozzarella and tomatoes w/fresh basil and Olive Oil.

Difference from last week: down 1.6 lbs.! FINALLY! It's about freakin' time!
Overall difference: down 139 lbs.

This is the largest loss I've had since March 14th. In those 13 weeks, I had exactly 4 losses, 1 week where I stayed the same and I gained for the remaining 8, including for 5 of the 7 weeks I was eating more to try to reset my set point.
