large sticky bun

(lunch at Chili's with the project team)
chips & salsa
strawberry lemonade
bowl of chili
salad

some cheesy popcorn

wine

2 chicken sausages
salad

Well, OK, the sticky bun was a bit much, but I was pretty proud of myself
otherwise. Lunch at Chili's could have been a real pig-out. And the Lovely
Bride tells me the chicken sausages are relatively healthy.

Jes, I went over to sparkpeople to check my numbers (because I've been intrigued with your tracking) - but it didn't track my sodium. Are you tracking that somewhere else?

@JPB,
ok ----

bad idea number one - take daughter off-to-college shopping at 1:00 without eating lunch. She now has a full week's supply of groceries to take to her dorm.

bad idea number two - eat lunch at 2:30 and choose Burger King because it's on the way (haven't eaten at BK in years).

bad idea number three - give in to daughter's request to order a double whopper with cheese, knowing she wouldn't eat it all and I would eat what was left

bad idea number four - see number three.

bad idea number five - promise Mr B that I would make a big peach cobbler with all of those peaches sitting on the counter from Saturday's trip to the farmer's market.

bad idea number six - buy French Vanilla ice cream to go with said peach cobbler.

bad idea number seven - see numbers five and six.

best idea of the day -- go to bed at 10:00 before raiding the goodies picked up from Trader Joe's earlier in the day.

@JPB,
J_B, I wish you luck on having better ideas today! (Going to bed instead of eating is an idea I'm trying to incorporate too.)
